From 31st October 2010 to 12th November 2011, Clara Maria Cristaudo (Delegation leader of F.A.S.I ) and the Technical Expert, Giorgio Ferretti, were in the region of Diapaga (South-East Burkina Faso between the two most important national parks) in order to:

- study and equip a natural climbing center

- study a place for a climbing wall

- organize a climbing stage for the local people.

 

 

In June and July 2011 Pascal Ouoba Souglimpo was invited to Italy by the F.A.S.I for:
- a personal climbing stage at the F.A.S.I. National Youth Center of San Giustino (Perugia).
- participation with the Italian Team at the Arco di Trento World Championship and first Paraclimbing Championship.
He was invited to speak about climbing at a National Sport Congress when he went back to Burkina
Faso.

 

 

In June 2013 the climbing wall arrived in the region of Diapaga.

In November 2013 two delegates from F.A.S.I. will go to Burkina in order to create a sports climbing center in Diapaga and to assist the local people in founding a  national climbing federation.

Paola Gigliotti will attend the Peace and Sport Forum 2013, where she hopes to meet the sports representative from Burkina Faso.
